This facility is a 200 bed skilled nursing facility which specializes in sub-acute and rehabilitation, long term skilled nursing care, respite stays, and hospice care.
I need a Director of Nursing with big building and high skilled census experience who is a strong leader that engenders the respect of her/his team.   Strong organizational skills and superb, up to date clinical skills are a must.
